Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase from the Young Value Co. online store. By placing an order you agree to them. They don’t limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are

This store is run by Young Value Co., based in Belgium. You can reach us through our contact form.

2. Products and drops

Storm Shells are made in limited, numbered drops of 250 pieces per animal and are not restocked. We show each product as accurately as possible; colours can differ slightly between screens. The WETWILD™ print reacts to water and fades as the fabric dries — how strong the reveal looks depends on how wet the fabric is.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely through Shopify’s checkout at the moment you order. Offers such as 1 + 1 apply only while they run and as described on the site.

4. Your order

Your order is a binding offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or if a drop sells out before your order is processed; you then receive a full refund.

5. Pre-orders and delivery

Pre-ordered shells are produced after you order. The expected delivery window is shown on the product page and in our shipping policy. If production is delayed, we tell you by email and you can cancel for a full refund.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

EU consumers can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. How to return, and when you are refunded, is set out in our refund policy and cancellation policy.

7. Legal guarantee

All products carry the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. Contact us if your shell is faulty.

8. Liability

We are liable for damage caused by our fault, within the limits of the law. We are not liable for indirect damage or for damage caused by use contrary to the care instructions.

9. Intellectual property

All designs, prints, photos and texts on this site belong to Young Value Co. and may not be copied or used without our written permission. See Authenticity.

10. Personal data

We handle your data as described in our privacy policy.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. Contact us first — most things are sorted quickly. You can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
