Size & fit
Unisex, relaxed fit in XXS–3XL, with room for a hoodie underneath. Take your usual size for a relaxed fit, or size down for a closer fit. Between two sizes? Ask us through the contact form — we’d rather help you get it right first time.
Care
Wash inside out at 30 °C on a gentle cycle. No bleach, no fabric softener. Hang to dry — no tumble dryer, and don’t iron over the print. That keeps the water-repellent finish and the reveal working.

We ship worldwide from Belgium. Here is how long your Storm Shell takes, what it costs, and what happens if something goes wrong on the way.
Pre-orders
Every animal is a drop: 250 numbered pieces, produced once. Pre-ordered shells are made after you order, which is how we keep every run small and never overproduce. Expect delivery around 4 to 6 weeks from your order date. We email you at every stage, including tracking once your shell ships.
Ordering more than one shell? Everything ships together in one parcel.
Processing
Once your shells are ready they leave our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as the parcel is registered with the carrier.

After dispatch, transit depends on where you are:

Shipping costs
Shipping is free, worldwide. Want your shell first once the batch ships? Choose priority shipping at checkout for €9.95 ($9.95 in the US).
Customs, duties and import fees
No extra taxes or import duties on delivery: the price you see at checkout is the price you pay, wherever you are.
Tracking
Your tracking number is created the moment your parcel is registered, but scans only appear once it physically moves through the carrier’s network. A few quiet days at the start are normal. Track your order any time in My orders. If tracking hasn’t moved after 10 days, send us your order number through the contact form and we’ll chase the carrier for you.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your address carefully at checkout. Address changes are possible until your shell ships — tell us as soon as possible. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we’ll reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.
Missing or damaged parcels
Parcel damaged or something missing? Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll sort a replacement or refund.
Tracking says delivered but no parcel? Check with neighbours, your building’s reception and local pickup points first. Still nothing after that? Contact us within 7 days and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.
Changing or cancelling an order

How does the print appear?
