Pre-orders

Changed your mind? Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any point before your shell ships. Once it has shipped, our refund policy applies.

In-stock orders

Orders go into fulfilment quickly. Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that we can’t guarantee a cancellation — if the order has already been dispatched, the refund policy applies.

How to request a cancellation

Send us your order number with the subject “Cancellation request” through the contact form. We reply within 1 to 2 business days.

EU customers — right of withdrawal

EU-based customers can withdraw from any order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. For pre-orders, this 14-day window starts when you receive the goods.

Refunds on cancellations

Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
